How Commuserv started:John Caruso founded Commuserv in 1997. The core focus was on corporate service. Computer hardware, software, cabling, and infrastructure are by-products of what customers want. Commuserv was created with a focus on actual business process and the company’s visions for the future. John felt that the actions of his business and its team should occur as if they were part of your business.
The configuration of systems surrounding this mindset was moulded into place through an understanding of fundamental business needs. The goal of Commuserv was to develop a company that offered complete IT project management. At Commuserv, our team:

Testimonials
"Commuserv have been servicing my group of companies for 6 years and have enabled our business to operate on a virtual scale globally and improve efficiencies across our multi site and global locations. Without their expertise in Terminal server, Blackberry and Microsoft solutions operational capacities would be considerably reduced. This backed by help desk support has seen our company functioning consistently."

"Enhancing business. It’s a great mission statement and one that Commuserv deliver on, for the last 6 years at Cibo Espresso. Quietly in the background Commuserv now help us manage the backbone of our business and taking our IT to the cutting edge in hospitality. The greatest asset to Cibo Espresso is feeling sure that our IT needs are met but also understood and explained in English not IT language, so all of us at Cibo can get on with doing what we do best. Commuserv are the Enhancers of businesses, and very efficient in their work."
- Roberto Cardone, Director Cibo Espresso Australia

We have been in our new premises for a few weeks now and I thought I would write to you and thank you for the great work you did in the project managing our move to the new premises.
As you know this is the second move we have undertaken since I started the business; your experience and help on both occasions has been invaluable to us.
They say next to marriage and divorce moving is the third most stressful thing you can do, however, this time around the process was made so much easier with you project managing everything from the computers, phone systems, electrician and multimedia advice to providing contacts for painting and the like.
John, thank again to you and your team for your help.

With John Caruso at the helm, Commuserv provides amazing, immediate service with a team of technicians who have the expertise to solve our IT problems by phone, remote access or accommodating us quickly with an onsite call. We are most appreciative of always being delivered the most efficient and effective solutions for our business.
We are treated respectfully, and as if we were their ‘only client’. How lucky we are to access this excellent ongoing resource!

Commuserv have been a strong supporter of the South Australian community. With a young team who have a keen interest in motor sport, it was only natural that Commuserv became the major sponsor of Silverstone Events - Classic Adelaide Rally.
The Classic Adelaide is conducted over a number of special stages utilising sealed public roads. The rally will cover a total distance of approximately 1000 kilometres, including transport stages, over five days. The event includes approximately 32 special stages, which are conducted over roads temporarily closed to the public, although spectators are permitted in designated areas. The total length of the special stages is around 250kms, with competing cars passing through at thirty second time intervals. When travelling from one special stage to another (referred to as being in a transport stage) competitors are required to observe all road traffic rules and behave at all times as would a normal road user, providing them the chance to take in some of South Australia’s stunning scenery.
We also have many initiatives for young and keen individuals to experience technology through spending time with our technical team.
